The receipt number. It starts with PF and is on the receipt email and in Settings, under Purchases.
- Your data
To get a copy of everything Profyl holds about you, write from the address you sign in with and it will be sent to that address. To delete your account, use Settings, then Account, in the app. The privacy page covers both.

Pricing and the refund policy answer most questions about credits.
